We firmly believe that direct contact is essential. That is why our teams go out to meet vulnerable people in order to determine the best way to help them. Where necessary, we contact and collaborate with non-governmental organizations already present in the areas concerned. It is important to optimize and coordinate our actions with local partners to ensure that they are as effective as possible.
When people's migration journey brings them to Switzerland, we assist them with the necessary procedures and facilitate their reception at the national level.

Support us
We always keep in mind the founding principle behind our actions: reaching out, meeting people, and providing them with direct support, knowing who they are and what they need. To carry out our actions successfully, we remain faithful to our basic approach: the use of “vans for life,” in other words, mobile and relatively light vehicles that are able to intervene quickly where needed.
The principle is simple: it is about establishing an “umbilical cord” connecting our teams to people in need of humanitarian aid. From the very first humanitarian convoys organized in this way, this method has proven its reliability and the advantages of controlling our own distribution channels.
